Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload to, create with or share through Docnudge. Breaking it can get content removed and the account closed, without a refund of the credits spent on that content.

Your rights

Upload only files you made or have the right to use, including the rights to the people, brands and products that appear in them.

Not allowed

• Content that shows or sexualizes minors, or that shows someone who appears to be under 18 in a sensitive context.
• Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, hate, harassment or threats.
• Content that impersonates a real person or a public figure, or presents generated content as real to deceive.
• Infringing someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness.
• Spam, malware, attempts to break or overload the service, or to get around its limits (multiple accounts for free credits, automated sign-ups).

How we enforce it

Requests and uploads can be checked automatically before any processing; refused requests are never charged. Repeated violations close the account.

You hold the rights to something shown on Docnudge? Email support@example.com with a link or a description of the content and why it should be removed. We answer within 24 hours.
